Despite the post title, this isn’t actually another post about Cooking in WoW or related achievements.
I just happen to write most of my blog posts over lunch, like this one. (For those who are curious, today’s lunch consists of leftover Teriyaki Chicken stir fry.) While I do have a blog post that will be inspiring, moving, and provacative that is bouncing around in my brain…that’s not what this post is about.
See, lunch time is when I get most of my blog reading done, as well. And this post is a quick shout-out to a couple of those:
Firstly, our love for Pacheco at Hello Tauren! is no secret. Not only is she married to my real-life best friend, [Enhancement Shaman], she is also one of the sweetest people in existence. And she knows how to cook some amazing breakfast bacon! (Hungover Regis and Chawa are very thankful for that.) Anyway, she summed things up better than I could by acknowledging that sometimes WoW is more than “just a game”.
Secondly, Vidyala over at Manalicious celebrated her 1 year, 1 month Blogaversary. I’d like to extend my congratulations here, as well as mention that she did something great for her Blogaversary. She offered to do a sketch of in-game characters to say thank-you to a limited number of her readers and commenters. Well, she did an amazing job! And yours truly managed to get some sketch-love. While my mage is my long-time “main”, I got Vidyala to sketch my Orc DK…because, let’s face it; Orcs are bad ass.
Proof:
Anyway, that’s it. I’m sure I’ll get to my epically epic posts in the not-too-distant future. It will be epic! (And no, you cannot sue for false advertising.)
Lok’tar ogar, friends.

Anxiously awaiting the epicness!
You know, that’s just how I’ve always imagined you… but less warty, and with fewer sections of decayed flesh.
Yeah, that stuff comes with the real life image of me.
